Okay, well most things.
My goodness, do I love these little triangular treasures. Especially this new blue cheese version. I have been enjoying them with baguettes, crackers, apple slices, chicken, and now eggs.
Oh yes. Remember how I’ve been on an egg kick lately? It hasn’t slowed down.
This week I’ve been added one triangle of laughing cow cheese to my eggs (I add the cheese when the eggs are about 50% cooked) along with a hearty squeeze of sriracha and BAM! It’s a party in my mouth.
Along with a pot of freshly brewed coffee, I can’t think of a more blissful way to start the day.
P.S. Early last month I was enjoying the above combination with a whole wheat tortilla. I HIGHLY recommend this version.
